The only thing that could have been improved would have been if the property had had waterfront views. Obviously there's nothing they can do about that and the price reflects it.

Great little flat really close to the centre of Wells, the harbour and the coast path. Well equipped and comfortable.

The location is great. Super quiet with easy access to the harbour and a nice walk to the beach. Lovely Chinese on the same street too.
