I like a firm bed, my husband likes a soft bed. The bed at West Plaza was just right. The room had a good amount of space, including a good number of power points. The location was excellent and very close to many attractions, shopping, museums, walks, conference centres, etc. Good flat access.

It was close to where we needed to be. The room was Cosy, the bathroom was really nice. Big shower. Friendly service. Awesome breakfast.
