The hotel is really central, easy to get to, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a very simple room, but had what I needed (en suite, fridge, microwave). The towels were changed every two days (although not the bedding). If you’re after low cost, basic accommodation in the centre of Wellington, this is fab!

When you are frustrated with traffic and get a warm welcome from the staff, all frustration falls away. Amazing staff and if you have friendly staff, your stay is better, doesn't matter where you are. I will definitely recommend this place. Thank you again.

Location perfect for what I needed. Was only in the room to sleep so perfect to be able to drop bags, get ready and head out. Lots of cafe, shops and food places super close by
