We had a double standard room, was quite small than what we’ve thought. Bed a little bit too hard, there was a gap between the door and the floor and the light from hallway came in the room and the gap is enough for noises that can hear very clearly when people talk and shut the door. Every morning housekeeper always left the cabinet door open wide blocking the hallway at the front of our room while making the other room. At least close the cabinet door while not using. Bathroom drain wad always leak after shower base wasn’t clean properly. Other than that location was great in walking distance to anywhere we need to go. Staff were friendly checked us in even we arrive late after reception close.

I have stayed several times before, the location is great, up dated facilities in room are nice, like the coloured doors, nice and quiet & comfortable.

Our room was clean, very comfortable, the shower was great! The location was superb for going to Cuba Dupa. The gentleman at the desk was very welcoming and helpful. There is nothing I could fault.

Wonderful hotel for the price. Very friendly and helpful staff, ideal location and lovely inside. My room was clean, well decorated and looked more expensive than it was. I would go straight back if l'm ever in NZ again

Easy to access, walking distance to anything you need. Car parking available. Love having the Aborist downstairs, they do great food.

Such a great location to explore the city on foot leaving our car in the Hotel carpark. Staff were very helpful. The Arborist restaurant and rooftop bar attached to the hotel were great too. Our room window could be opened so fresh air. Comfortable and quiet.

It was conveniently located, clean and tidy. Lovely rooftop bar and The Arborist downstairs has amazing food and coffee. The staff all friendly and super helpful.

Great location would stay again for that reason . Parking a disaster . When doors were opened for us 2 cars shot in and took the easier spaces, leaving difficult options for me . One car sat there , they were not even guests of the hotel . Instructions for car park entry need to be sent the day before arrival via email. The day of booking we were away from wifi travelling , and with data sim only , not calls. This could be considered by management for future .
