Location was great. Easy walking distance to restaurants. Car parking was in the public car park next door and easy access. An extra $30 per night. Linen was good quality. Kitchen was well equipped with oven, cooktop, dishwasher and full size fridge and freezer.

Excellent location in the centre of Wellington , comfortable bed and clean bathroom however some of the furniture is very worn. Staff helpful and friendly.

Decent range of facilities overall for price, and would probably work reasonably well for a short stay with minimal luggage. Location was handy for attending the cricket at the Basin Reserve, with a supermarket virtually across the road, plenty of restaurants nearby, and not too far to walk into the main city district.

We first stayed here eleven years ago and had no hesitation in returning. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the sofa which was well used and not very good for our old backs. The main reason that we booked was knowing that there was a washing machine which meant that we could travel light and not have to take lots of clothes with us. Ideally situated for just a ten minute walk from the Basin Reserve cricket ground. So many places to eat nearby and the New World supermarket ten minutes away too. It is easily walkable to the opposite end of town to get the cable car up to the botanic gardens.
