The policy will be reviewed in line with changing Government requirements. Jardin Grill the hotels restaurant will be closed on Mondays for lunch and dinner until further notice. The hotels Food & Beverage services in Room Service, La Serre Bar all day dining and Sofitel club remain in place. Jardin Grill, a leading Wellington premium dining restaurant continues to trade Tuesday to Sunday evenings throughout.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. I recently stayed at the Sofitel in Wellington, and it was an exceptional experience. The service has improved significantly, making it a standout choice in the city. The kitchen deserves special mention, the food was fantastic and the Friday night dinner was nothing short of amazing. Room service was exemplary, with everything delivered promptly and to a high standard. Overall, the Sofitel is without a doubt the best place to stay in Wellington, offering top-notch service, great food and a luxurious atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The staff were exceptional and made my partners birthday special! Really impressed with the room. It was beautiful, clean and the nice touches before bed by the staff was so nice to come back too. Could not recommend more. Will be booking again!
