Easy walk to Courtney Place, The Papa and the Basin Reserve. Parking voucher for on street parking was appreciated. Character throughout the property.

Breakfast not great value but the availability of the whole kitchen is certainly something that is valuable. The breakfast room is nice and overlooks the city. I liked the old-fashioned style.

Excellent location to get into the town and see some of the sights around town. A very direct 20 minutes walk Was made to feel very welcome by the owner.
