I don't expect the room to be clean every day, i thought the cleaning would be done every two days however the Hotel staff clean my room every day which i very much appreciated.

The room was quiet, no street noise, perfect temperature, plenty of room, staff were helpful. Shower was good pressure, robe in wardrobe and slippers, very nice touch. Good amount of TV channel options. Staff at check out were very good at customer service. Check out was 11am which is really helpful.

Super easy check in and check out. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We didn’t book breakfast but we walked through the restaurant to get to Lambton Quay, and it looked fantastic. We would definitely add breakfast to our booking in future.

Rooms and staff are fine. Only used the restaurant once for a cooked breakfast and was a little disappointed on the selection. Admittedly, I didn’t get there until 20 minutes before you closed (I slept in!) but was a little disconcerted that the tables were being cleared before I’d even sat down. The food left over was fine but I felt a little obliged to hurry. It through. Next time I’ll allow myself plenty of time and I sure the experience will be totally brilliant.

Great location, beds were super comfy slept really well. Room nice and dark at night and didn’t hear any street noise. Buffet breakfast was yum. Staff friendly and helpful.
