Friendly staff! Room was nice and clean - the shower was weird though, I didn’t know how to get it warmer. The air con was really good, abit noisy but works fast! Kept us comfortable.

The Ibis Wellington is great value for money. The bed was super comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I forgot a shirt in our room and when I contacted the hotel via email, they sent it on via courier the same day for a small fee. The location is also excellent - very central.
