The property is located at 95 Manner Street, at the corner of Cuba and Manners mall, inside the Rebel Sport Building and opposite Burger King. Great location in the heart of the city centre. However The whole experience could be heaps better with just some basic DIY in the rooms and some better communication skills from the staff. It's a shame to see so many simple things needed doing and if I had my tools I would have fixed most of them their and then. I did fix the taped up shower. It took me less time than it would have for them to tape it up! Probably the best shower pressure we have ever experienced in any hotel.

-price! -location -amenities (kitchen in common area with toaster, TV,...) -cleanliness -coffee and tea with kettle -wifi is ok

The beds were the only clean and comfortable things in the room when we arrived in the evening.... thankfully. I'd only stay here again if I could be assured that it was cleaned properly, BEFORE we arrived. and kept that way.

The price for the location is pretty unbeatable really (vs. a shared room in a hostel). I stayed in a single room and it was cosy and clean, and also had its own mini fridge which was handy
