Please inform Eraeliya Villas & Gardens in advance of your expected arrival time if you are arriving after 10 PM.You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.We do not accommodate children under 12 years of age due to the nature of our property.An additional charge of US$ 70 per night will be applied for guests over 12 years old, inclusive of bed and breakfast.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. 50% non-refundable deposit on the booking to guarantee, balance 30 days prior to arrival. During Peak Season 50% non-refundable deposit to guarantee, balance 60 days prior to arrival.Please note that the property does not have a bar at the premises at the moment. However, we hold a soft liquor license, and we charge a corkage fee of US $10 for wines and sparkling.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. Wow, this hotel is a true paradise! We loved every minute of our stay. The views of the ocean are spectacular, the gorgeous pool, the stunning rooms... And the kind staff! I hope we'll come back here again.

A real boutique hotel experience. Just a few rooms so everything is personalised and never busy. Pool and the rooms amazing. Little beach just next to the hotel. Staff so kind and polite. We extended our stay by one night because it was so lovely. Breakfast and other meals are served privately in the garden/terrace.

Very beautiful seafront house, with access to a small beach. The rooms are wonderful and the decor is tasteful. The food I ordered was always delicious. It's the perfect place if you want to enjoy a pleasant space in a calm environment by the sea. Ps: I add a room upgrade, which made the experience even better

Absolutely everything! A special thanks to the butler Sandun always welcoming with kind and warm eyes, to Renuka the masseuse that gave fantastic and relaxing massages and to Tharaka that made our stay even more comfortable and wonderful!

I never give a 10 on my review but it felt like il be doing injustice if I don’t because this property was so good especially the villa we took, the view and rooms everything was just perfect.

This place was simply amazing - I could keep on raving about it and it wouldn’t even justify the experience at Eraeliya Villas & Gardens. Sundan and the rest of the staff were simply amazing in their way of making us feel welcome and home. The facilities were worth every dime and I’d love to go back some time.
