The area was convenient for me. It's close to public transport. The suites are clean. I loved that there was a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook. There is space in the fridge for all the suites clearly marked.

The location, though tricky to find at first, was in a peaceful, suburban street which was only a ten minutes' walk from Watford High Street Station. The room was spacious with a comfortable double bed, TV and en-suite bathroom. There was a shared kitchen and washing machine.

I booked this room at 20.30pm, arriving at 21.00pm. Obtaining the keys from the lockbox was only slightly delayed as the host missed my call but he more than made up for it with immediate call back & his apologies. Room was clean, comfy and just what I needed after a last minute decision to stay in London an additional night :)

Very clean house and room. Very welcoming with little touches such as the welcome pack and kitchen cupboards nunbered for each room for dishes if needed. Great stay

Everything was just RIGHT. The accommodation. The location. The host was easy to communicate with and was available. The provision of extra space ie kitchen area just perfect.

Location was close to Family event in Watford/Bushey. Suites was like staying in a house with access to cook in the kitchen.Very clean. It was a walking distance away from the High Street and a Tesco supermarket. Owners sent a text to guide me on how to get into the suites. 😊

Room only with en-suite which was lovely. Clean and comfortable. Shared Kitchen facilities were available if I wanted them

The room had been recently decorated and seemed quite fresh. The kitchen was well organised by room. Check in was easy. The TV was new with apps like netflix etc. The bed seemed cheap but a mattress topper meant it was ok in terms of comfort. Two coffee pods and biscuits were provided (but only for use in machine in kitchen, no tea and coffee making facilities in room). The room I was in was no 5 upstairs so quite quiet - I requested this and it was actioned for me. I wouldn't want to stay downstairs so wouldn't book again unless upstairs could be guaranteed or you could book by room number (4 or 5) which I don't think is possible currently.
