Only fault was the noise clattering from the deliveries at 6am. Charging sockets weren’t working rm 108.

I didn’t quite expect it to be as nice as it was the decor the bathroom the lounge and bar area and breakfast was just perfect and the location was superb

Lovely hotel, great staff, good location. Rooms good size, breakfast was good. Had 2 rooms booked and we did find room 329 was very cold. Heater was provided but wasn't great and bathroom very cold.

Breakfast was exceptional. Plant based sausage and bacon was available upon request. As well as non dairy milks so we were pleasantly surprised. The reception team and the manager were very helpful and fixed our issues immediately. The manager was kind and courteous and was happy to help in any way he could. Great location and we were able to park which was great. Ideal for easy links to London. Also the bed was probably the most comfortable bed we have slept on at any hotel.
