The room was really nice, the restaurant was exceptional- really nice staff and lovely food. The bar area, inside and out, was really pleasant. The lady on reception who wears glasses- we didn't get her name but she was so friendly and sweet- nothing was too much trouble. Thank you again.

Great location in the centre of Waterloo. Quiet place. Nice room While I did not have breakfast - due to other plans- I had dinner at their restaurant. Great food

A well-appointed, comfortable hotel in all respects. Easy private parking. Excellent location only 300 metres from Musée Wellington in town centre, but in a tranquil setting behind attractive garden and free from traffic noise. Very good restaurant for evening meals. First class breakfast buffet. Very good value for money. Strongly recommended.

Our room was ready before check-in time, which was very positive. Another positive point is the location, we went to visit the museums about the French Revolution, the hotel is in a good location for that.

Great location, close to a swimming pool, cinema, and many places to eat. The hotel is clean and the rooms are always spacious, I have stayed here multiple times for work trips and will continue to do so.

The breakfast was not included & was a bit pricy for what it was. Very convenient location for visiting Waterloo museums (one Wellington’s HQ)just 150m away make sure you get the 3-site ticket if you’re serious. If you can only make it to 2 sites, buy them separately 😉). Nice garden. Quiet, despite being so near the High St (it’s behind other buildings). The young female staff were all very pleasant & helpful.
