Children are allowed in the hotel bars until 20:30 each night.When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. From December 9th to December 14th our pool facilitates will be closed for upgrades and essential maintenance - Our Sauna, Steam room, Jacuzzi & Pool will be closed for this period of time however our gym facilities will remain open.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

It’s a fabulous Hotel very central to the Train Station and Bus Station. Very close to the shopping areas with a wide variety of shops coffee shops and restaurants to choose from. The food was fabulous my compliments to the Chef. Room was fantastic river views. Waterford people are very nice friendly and extremely helpful and obliging. My thanks to the receptionist when I was checking in and to Dermot, Janice and the Chef. A Hotel well worth visiting and lovely friendly, kind people.

we got an early checking in also a change of room as the first one was overlooking traffic lights and junction main road. No problem, staff very helpfull and room at back nice and quiet.

Asked the evening staff on for a birthday candle for my daughter, they were excellent, took the cake and came to the bar to sing her happy birthday and gave her a card, the same staff gave us an number to use going to town, never got their names though unfortunately.

Rooms were clean and comfortable but for the heating which could not be independently controlled. The hotel was centrally located and offered a first class bar and restaurant.

The staff were very friendly. The shower was hot with high pressure. The room was comfortable and clean, the bar stayed open late and the live music was good without being so loud that you can't make out what's being sung.

The hotel was comfortable enough for a short stay. It must of been a beauty in its glory days. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was adequate.
