There was music on the night we stayed but you’d never know in our room even with the window open! A real comfortable room, great night’s sleep. Ate in the bar, the staff were so friendly and efficient and attentive. Food was like your mum was in the kitchen and was making your favourite dinner!

The hotel is situated in the outskirts of Waterford, being decorated in a rustic style. Nice place for a weekend, especially during spring or summer, in order to enjoy sitting outside. The room was very clean, quite, nice and the breakfast was good. Apart from the the toast, bread, corn-flakes milk and juice, you can then order anything you like from the menu and enjoy it. The lunch was very tasty and filling. Customers can be served ordering from a buffet. Coffee was great, the wi-fi excellent, and there is plenty of parking space in front of the hotel. Moreover, all the staff was very kind and friendly. Especially, Martina in reception is a wonderful lady, so eager to help.

Massive car park, good location for travellers with a warm comfortable room. Staff are very friendly and helpful with good food for breakfast and an evening meal.

Great hotel, spacious and clean rooms, very good breakfasts and choice of dinner/evening meals. Fab service all round. Super location for us as we were back and forth working at a few of the local ports. And easy access from Dublin and to other areas. And most of all the staff were so helpful, good crack, friendly and just amazing. A big thank you to you all for looking after us, during our stay. From all the BollardScan Team. We enjoyed the over all charm of this place. Neat tidy gardens and warm interior decorations, made it feel very homely. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loads of parking and easy to find.

Convenient location. Nice friendly and efficient staff. The restaurant was able to adapt to us being veggie and provided us with tasty options, which were not on the menu.
