The fine print
Public parking is at Merchant's Quay car park, opposite the hotel. This is a pay & display car park where you will require a paid ticket on display at all times. Photo ID is required if paying cash on arrival. All groups over 10 people will be required to provide a rooming list 7 days in advance of arrival. Payment will be taken on arrival at the hotel for all groups.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Excellwnt staff, very nice bar and dining room. Very pleasant music and song entertainment in the bar. Bed was super kingsized and extreemely comtfortable.!

We had dinner the evening we arrived no problem accommodating 7 of us and also booked the 7 of us in for breakfast together All staff were very helpful and friendly. Reception also kept my bag till I was getting my train home.

Perfect location for Winterval, chocolates on arrival for Christmas, has Sensory box for autistic children, clean and comfortable, very reasonably priced breakfast in bar available until 11.45, good value for money, conservation friendly hotel door key cards

Excellent location—literally in the city centre. The staff was so helpful when we checked out this morning, offering us bag storage before we asked. It might be a bit expensive for a small city like Waterford, but my friend and I both think the price is worth it.

lovely freshly cooked breakfast, clean comfortable rooms not at all noisy for the city centre, friendly helpful staff, good lively atmosphere in the bar, the location is excellent. Excellent value for money.

The hotel was very well located. Just 5 minutes from the train station and couple of minutes from the city centre. The hotel has a restaurant with a delicious menu so you can order room service. The staff are very friendly and professional and the hotel is lovely. Our room was spacious and really comfortable.
