Great location, very helpful staff, lovely pool and beachside cabanas, tasty buffet food. Special shout out to Mercy who looked after us so nicely in the restaurant she is a wonderful and warm host!

Nice pools, nice rooms, friendly staff, good location in Watamu on the beach. The general decor of the lobby was nice and the resort felt safe and generally well looked after. I thought it good value for money and enjoined our few days there. Visiting the snake farm and Gedi ruins was a surprisingly good trip for a few hours on a cloudier day.

We had a Mapango Deluxe room which was very nice and the others in our party had standard rooms and they had no complaints. Our room was missing a hairdryer which I reported - by the end of the day a new hairdryer in a box was in our room. Great service. The Mapango room had a nice location nearer to the main pool and beach and was very comfortable with a nice shower room, enough power sockets (including USB!) and a terrace with furniture. It had a feeling of being old and solid - the door was solid wood with a really cool lock and everything was clean and well maintained. We had no problems at all it was all perfect. The pools were very nice - filtered seawater (no problem for me) and the gardens were very pretty . There is direct access to the beach which is fine white sand. The sea was full of seaweed unfortunately so we had to go down the beach for a clear spot but the pools were a great substitute! The Mapango restaurant was very good with good service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were great and they put in a lot of effort to ensure there are activities every day. Right on the beach, an ocean swim is right there. Restaurant food was great

The location is very central, perfect to explore around the town. Room is clean ans spacious with balcony. The breakfast was nice. the staffs were friendly. good value for money.

The staff were great, nothing too much trouble and the bed was comfortable. The pools and bar near the beach were fun. The place is managed by Italians and many of the guests were from Italy.
