The person at the front desk was not particularly helpful in our check in. They realised we were only staying one night and didn't give us any information, just said here is your key, there is the elevator. The room was clean, but the lock on the bathroom door was difficult to work, and the tap in the sink was very loose and near breaking. The breakfast was poor quality, but the staff were very helpful in explaining what my partner, who has food allergies, could eat. Overall, the stay was fine, but the quality was poor for the price being charged per night. We have stayed at much higher quality accommodations at lower price points

The hotel is situated on the wharf with many restaurants in close proximity, and also the shuttle bus service to The Mall is just around the corner - 2 minutes away. The staff were very pleasant and cheerful.

Modern, clean with attentive and very helpful staff. Large room withe comfortable bed, plenty of towels, room safe and immaculately clean. Excellent location with a free shuttle to the National Mall. Plenty of good restaurants with a guide prepared by the hotel.

Location is great. National mall in easy 15 minutes walk, the area is new and well planned with nice long stroll on the riverside. Water taxi, free shuttle service, many cafes and restaurants, in different price range. Not a bad breakfast.

Great room; perfect for us to share as a young family and a useful kitchen set-up. Breakfast was top-drawer and the use of the rooftop pool was a real highlight for all of us.
