After confirmation, Placemakr NoMa will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Placemakr NoMa may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Parties, excessive noise, and smoking are not allowed. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. Due to the central location, city noise may be present. There is no cable. We have provided a Roku for streaming.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The staff were lovely! Always happy to see you and had a lovely chat with every single one of them. Lovely comfortable little apartment. Very comfortable bed. The gym had sufficient equipment.

Everything. A very nice studio flat with a well manned main reception. It’s about 10 minutes from the nearest metro station NoMa Gallaudet U. The television is packed with numerous channels and you are spoilt for choice. All the facilities needed for a private and very comfortable stay is present.

The facilities inside are really nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the living area was very nice. Felt very comfortable in the accomodation itself. I would've loved to stay longer as I only really got to discovering more of the NoMa area upon my leaving date and there seemed to be a bit to explore and see.

The apartment was spacious and came with a washer & dryer which was very handy. The beds were not that big though but can fit two people each. The security guard was very helpful with instructions on where to park, since the place does not have any allotted parking spots for guests. Kitchen was also a nice facility to have although we did not use it.

This was one of the best apt accommodation I so far had in DC area. Almost new, equipped fully, clean, bed super comfortable. Easy access thanks to the electronic codes. Any issues (had just 1, logged TV account) was solved by friendly staff within few minutes - that was impressive. Though the place was lively - there are about 11 or 12 apartments on 5 floors - you could not hear your neighbors. The main entrance is on main road, but that is also not an issue. I really liked it - including the every day lollipops :)
