The staff were excellent, the location was perfect to get around the city and proximity to the metro station which was just across the road. Easy access to everything. The overall vibe of the hotel and lobby area was upbeat and modern.

Good location albeit in a sketchy part of town surrounded by homeless people and drug addicts. Close to public transport and being near Chinatown is handy. The staff were lovely.

It's fairly close to major attractions (30 minutes +-), lots of restaurants, a pharmacy and a metro station in the corner.

We stayed at the hotel during Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and it was a wonderful experience! The location was absolutely amazing right in the heart of everything. The city was beautiful, and the weather was perfect for exploring so we walked to most of the monuments and attractions. Plus, being in Chinatown meant there were amazing food spots everywhere, just steps away from the hotel. The hotel itself was great clean, comfortable, and modern , the room was a bit small but it was expected and the bathroom had everything that you can possibly need. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We arrived VERY late and had called ahead to let them know. They made a note of our late arrival, and everything was ready for us when we checked in. Overall, the combination of the central location, excellent service, and the atmosphere during the holidays made it a memorable stay. Highly recommend!

Cool place, amazing bars, very clean and cozy, staff is very helpful and the location is a winner at the center of it all and actoss the underground to the airport .
