great location We took Gallaudet university shuttle to get to and from Union Station - very convenient good selection of breakfast and snacks for purchase at front desk Union Market with great food options and grocery store nearby (10 min walk)

Extremely friendly staff from the reception to the dining room able to communicate with everyone regardless to whether guests are deaf or not. Regular free shuttle bus service to and from Union Rail Station for exploring local sights. A huge selection of eateries for lunch or evening meal, offering at various prices in the popular Union Square in the very close proximity. A high standard of cleanliness evident throughout the hotel.

The hotel was easy to find, it was very clean. The staff was friendly and polite as well as very quick with check-in and check-out. The room had a good hairdryer, coffee maker and a fridge, which was convenient. Loved the stay!

I have the two queen beds. The room was amazing, clean and great view. I didn't expect it would be that good with that reasonable price. The customer service was very dedicated.

Near city center, close to metro station. Have good dining options at the Union market, beautiful buildings in gallaudet university and great staff attention.
