Always fabulous service. Calls you by name & had the AC going in the room for you.Very clean lovely memory foam mattress toppers. Parking outside door & wide parks. Safe to open doors without hitting someone car. Windscreen cleaning station. Little extras freedom frog chocolate for your cup of coffee. Salt pepper BBQ sauce etc in case you forgot to pack some. All cutlery clean & bagged in cupboard. Better standard of tea coffee & hot chocolate than most hotels. Tasty biscuits too. It's very much appreciated after long hot trip.

Great motel, with everything you need for a short or long stay. Added extras in the room also, which is a rarity nowadays. Spotlessly clean as well.

On arrival, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, explaining everything I needed to know and offering assistance if needed. The room was clean and spacious, with an extra bed as well as a box of Roses chocolates. Next time I'm in Warwick, this is the place I'll be staying.

friendly service. A/C turned on in room so beautifully cool. Very clean. Safe parking outside door. Everything provided from toiletries to cutlery to delicious hot chocolate & biscuits.

Host, Les, was approachable and pleasant. Extremely happy they accepted pets and had a designated area for our little dog. Overall, the motel was very clean and tidy.
