Most comfortable sleep I long time had a microwave and a fridge and toaster lidl nearby very convenient.. Very quiet.

It was very quiet and good location. The room had cups, plates, a microwave, toaster, coffee, salt, pepper and even an extra radiator.

Warm welcome from Paul and everything explained very well to me at check in. Room was very clean and spacious with all facilities and extra touches like flowers in the room. Very comfy bed. Excellent location close to all amenities.

Great location, everywhere walkable. Lovely host who,provided great recommendations for pubs, restaurants, and places to visit. Loved the Black pug, fabulous Vietnamese, and St Mary’s church well worth a visit, they had a Christmas tree display.

Great place; clean, warm, comfy, quite spacious. The kitchenette made it a real home from home. And the flowers were a lovely touch.

Lovely large room comfortable bed all spotlessly clean great to have a microwave and toaster in the room aswell. Paul was great pointing out places of interest to see/visit. Close to Warwick town centre to walk from property, really nice walk along the canal to Hatton Locks with a cafe at the top lock serving lovely food and drink.
