Lovely old building, great location for Warwick Castle and Centre. Janet was very friendly and helpful and we had a real stay. The room was very nice,and the icing on the cake was a very comfortable 4 poster bed. Breakfast options were good and our full English was very well cooked. Five stars all round.

Warm and friendly. Great location. Comfortable room and bed, excellent breakfast. Loved the touch of a birthday candle in our sausage at breakfast as both my husband and I were celebrating our birthdays this week and a birthday card, too. Thank you, Janet. If you love history, this place and this town have it in abundance. We will be back when we can eventually attend the horse racing as planned.

Park Cottage is a glorious gem of Warwick hospitality. Be you a scholar, a medievalist or just a tired person in need of a perfect place to rest. Here you will find a spacious room with an authentic wooden bed and floorboards that have more character than most of modern cinema performances. Iconic breakfast with plenty of extra options for folks who don't like bacon or mushrooms.

Park cottage is ideally place to stay. Far enough away from the town centre to be lovely a quiet but close enough to walk in. The room was more than spacious and the bed very comfy

We had a lovely two night stay at Park Cottage, it's a beautiful old building just a short five minute walk into Warwick. Janet and Stuart are wonderful hosts, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. If you like history St Mary's Church with the magnificent crypt and The Lord Leycester hospital are well woth a visit.

Located a couple of minutes walk from the town centre. Park Cottage is an absolute gem. It's Tudor Cottage charm cannot be understated. Warm and friendly. Spacious rooms and a great breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. And it will be my first choice if I return to Warwick. 11 out of 10.
