After a difficult start with my wife being very allergic to smoke and the room smelling very heavily of it. We asked for another room and it was given to us immediately and this room was excellent. It smelt very clean and fresh, the view was very good and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast which was included was excellent very good choices and quality very good. All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

For us the location was ideal for our purpose. We were given a ground floor room which again was ideal as we had our dogs with us.

Met my needs for 2 nights stay for business. Having previously stayed in a rival hotel chain which is more conveniently situated for the work I was doing I would still choose Holiday Inn over the other chain
