Location is perfect for sightseeing in Warsaw…particularly if you are only there for a day or two. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location practically opposite the President's Palace and Bristol Hotel. Large, clean and comfortable room. Friendly reception staff. We could leave baggage at the reception after check-out.

I loved both the standard of my DELUXE room and perfect location of the hotel - walking distance to both: Old Town and City Center. Even so the hotel in very quiet and the staff can't be more supportive - Thank YOU!

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic and the best part about it. I also liked the fact that, the cleaner came early to clean my room whilst I was still in there, but despite me not leaving my room until noon, they had come back in and cleaned it later on.

Located very close to the old town, in one of the nicest pedestrian areas. Room had a good size and facilities were very good.

Staff were a little "cool" but nonetheless all very helpful. The Hotel has a voucher arrangement with a cafe/restaurant next door for breakfast. The voucher choice is limited - it's better to go there without a voucher to get a bigger choice. Very nice cafe with good food & good value. Bed was very comfortable. Great location.

The room was very spacious and really clean. There was a lovely smell in the hotel room probably coming from a diffuser. The robes, slippers and the loccitane shower gel were really nice touches. Location was perfect, beautiful hotel.
