We had a truly wonderful stay, thank you for the fantastic New Year's Eve dinner event. It was a memorable experience, and we’ll cherish the beautiful memories from our time here! The receptionists were always helpful and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The gym is one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel, the cleaning service was impeccable, and the waiters in the restaurant were always polite and professional.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and it was a great experience overall. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing space to unwind. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. One standout feature was the gym—it's the nicest and biggest I’ve ever come across in a hotel! Although I didn’t get the chance to use it, I did check it out, and it was impressive. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful, ensuring everything was spotless and well-organized throughout my stay. The location is another plus—quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to amenities and public transport, making it easy to explore the area. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Very good breakfast, nice gym and sauna, very clean room with good view. Also nice location, had small store next to hotel, which was very nice. Also very good cleaning service. They always left bottle of water to room.

Nice hotel location close to great food halls, but bit far from other atractions, metro and old town.. Rate this 8, because as for royal hotel they call it, we expected much more for price and from it being 5star hotel, but still very modern, clean, breakfast was exellent, pet friendly, spacious room and kitchen a big plus. Reception was helpfull, even got room upgrade, this was nice.

The hotel is located almost in the centre of the city. Very friendly staff. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable to sleep on and the room was quiet. Everything you need is available in the room. I liked the design of the rooms.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Royal Tulip Aparthotel in Warsaw over the Christmas holiday, booking two rooms: one for my mother via Booking.com and a spacious apartment for ourselves (two adults and two small children) directly after contacting the hotel. Our experience was exceptional, and we highly recommend this hotel for families or anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Warsaw. Highlights of Our Stay: Cleanliness and Service: While we initially noticed that the carpet in our apartment had not been vacuumed properly, the issue was promptly addressed after we mentioned it to the staff. As an apology, the hotel generously offered us complimentary breakfast—a thoughtful gesture that we greatly appreciated. Rooms, Amenities, and Kitchen: The design of the rooms and apartments was modern and elegant, equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen in our apartment was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it easy to prepare meals for our family. My mother’s room was conveniently located on the same floor as ours, which added to our comfort. Flexibility and Family-Friendly Atmosphere: The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless stay. We were given both an early check-in and a late check-out, which made traveling with small children much easier. The hotel provided a baby chair for our youngest, and everything was spotless. The team’s attentiveness and care truly made us feel at home. Location: The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore Warsaw. Its prime location allowed us to move around the city with ease, adding to the convenience of our holiday. Outstanding Breakfast: One of the standout features of our stay was the breakfast.
