Location, easiness of access to apartment and full-equipped kitchen is main +++ Also temperature inside was very warm, that surprised me, because this isn’t common at old buildings We had also free coffee and tea, that was very nice) Very quiet and cozy yard is also a big plus And of course the owner 🥰 I forget earplugs at the apartment and owner organised them back to me)
