Mixed experience I stayed at these apartments twice. The first experience was great: clean, tidy, and everything met my expectations. However, the second experience was disappointing. I arrived early in the morning and had to wait until 3 PM because the apartment was still being cleaned. When I finally entered, it turned out the apartment hadn’t been cleaned at all after the previous guests: blankets were scattered, dirty dishes were left, the floor was filthy, the toilet was in a terrible state—uncleaned and smelling bad. The bed was in poor condition, which left a very unpleasant impression. I contacted the management and asked if I could be moved to another apartment, but they only offered a paid option, which I find completely unacceptable in this situation. In most reputable companies, they would either offer a free apartment change or at least some compensation for the wasted time. Here, I had to wait a few more hours for the apartment to be cleaned. The only positive was the very kind cleaning lady who tried to help, even though it wasn’t her responsibility. Another downside was the lack of soundproofing. You can hear neighbors from all sides, especially at night, which can disrupt your sleep. Overall, the apartment is good, but I hope the management learns from this situation and starts taking the organization of their services and guests more seriously.

Lovely homely apartment, great location, clean and comfortable. Right beside public transport, plenty of restaurants in the area. Great value for money. As a solo traveller I felt really safe in the area and their was always security there. Self check in was easy and instructions were very detailed. Looked exactly like it did in the photos. Great view of the city 👌I will be back 😁
