I work as receptionist in my hometown, so it’s interesting to pay attention to the details. So, me and my friends stayed for 1 night. The biggest advantage was that they let us extend the check-out time, because 10:00 is obviously too early! Me and my friends are very grateful for it, so sending you a very special THANK YOU for this! Because of this the grade of this review is higher automatically ( ◠‿◠ ) Second, since we had a concert in the evening but had to check-out, we asked to keep our luggage in the storage room, gladly we were able to do it, so that was VERY helpful. Thank you! Third, the breakfast was AMAZING! In my opinion it was like a royal breakfast! I must be honest, from all the hotels that I’ve been to in my life, here was the best one — with a big variety for sure. The room was nicely prepared, everything clean and of course the receptionist (when we checked-in) was very kind! A little too far from the center but I could say that it’s a great hotel for not only one night but also for a longer stay!:)

The room was perfect for a solo traveller. The hotel was across the street from a bus stop and it was easy to get to the city centre. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was a nice bonus which included many varieties.

Staff really willing to help and friendly, doing their best with English language. Breakfast was great with huge selection of cold amd hot food and drinks. Breakfast room is large and tables are well prepared.

I've only spent one night, as I traveled to Warsaw for an event, and my flight back home was early, meaning I wouldn't stay for breakfast, but they prepared me one to go! Wasn't counting on that. Plus they asked me if I knew how to get to the venue, ready to give me directions. Super friendly! The room was clean and comfortable, had a relaxing shower and a good night's sleep before coming home.
