Please note that a deposit of PLN 450 per day is required upon arrival for the use of such facilities as minibar, telephone and laundry. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if guests don't use the additional services listed above.Please note that smoking is strictly forbidden at the property, both within the rooms and in the common areas. Failing to uphold this rule will result in a fee of PLN 2000 per night.Hotel is accepting pets that do not exceed 18 kg of weight. Maximum 2 pets may occupy a guest room.

The hotel is very well located walking distance from the Old town. The hotel decoration is very luxurious, the bar is also very nice and the rooms very comfortable. Overall the staff is kind and helpful.

The staff was kind and sympathetic. The breakfast was large and great. I just felt in love with the fishes and the vegetables and the fruits and the polish dishes and especially the breads.

Incredible hotel! We stayed here for 5 nights for the New Year’s Eve and to visit Warsaw and we definitely enjoyed our time at this hotel. The location is unbeatable and the Christmas decorations are just perfect. The staff is very professional. Our room was huge with a great shower. And although the hotel is very central, we slept very well, we didn’t hear noises even with the réveillon party going on. The breakfast buffet was excellent: a lot of choices and a tasty and fresh selection of products. Transfer service from and to the airport also top notch. Highly recommended!

Well appointed rooms with comfortable beds. A great location for old town exploring with very pleasant staff. Everything was very clean, and you can sense the history and luxurious heritage of the building. Check in staff were very nice and welcoming.
