Very nice and professional service. The hotel staff is at a high level. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel's location is very good. All this makes it a place you want to come back.

Our second time here. Very helpful and flexible staff. Spacious room, delicious diner in the restaurant, rich breakfast. Located on relatively quiet street at walking distance from the centre and old town.

The hotel was clean, beautiful and modern. The rooms are very spacious and modernly equipped. I recommend going to the bar where the very pleasant bartender Aleksandr makes drinks. He is very kind guy.

Nice location on a quiet street, it’s pretty far from old town but it has still all needed facilities nearby - food, supermarkets, restaurants etc. and it takes around 20 min to Chopin airport. The room was nice and big. Pretty comfy in all aspects.

I loved that is a modern hotel in a beautiful historical building and location! The rooms are spacious and airy and there is a lot of attention to detail! The handwritten note and fruit and wine in the room was a lovely touch! Magdalena was outstanding in helping us with everything from arranging a fabulous city tour to guiding us to a great shopping mall for a fun day of retail therapy! Magdalena swiftly works out what your needs are from restaurants to attractions and has great recommendations for all guests! I would definitely stay at H15 boutique hotel again as I felt very much valued and the experience was great 🎉🎉🎉

I have traveled many places. I have been all over the planet many times for many years. From the kindness of the staff to the owner of H15, these people know what they are doing. Previously my favorite hotel was the Royal Club Dubai until they merged with Bonvoy. H15 is everything that you want in a relaxing stay. I can't stay out of the restaurant. Everything on the menu is beyond excellent. Every attention to detail in the room exceeded my expectations. The staff, ALL of the staff are engaging, intelligent, professional and very kind. As originally from Texas, it should be noted that the steaks were perfect. Also, I am quite comfortable in saying that they offer the very best hamburger in Europe. My room was silent, comfortable and my sleep was very deep. I will now return to this hotel as often as possible while in Europe. I thank everyone at H15 for the perfect stay.
