Directions: If you are traveling by car, remember that Krakowskie Przedmieście street is closed to car traffic, to get to the hotel you need to use Oboźna or Karasia streets. Please Enter Oboźna 11 street in your GPS. Upon arrival, contact the hotel reception to open the parking gate.A surcharge of 50 PLN applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.The building is equipped with two lifts and is accessible for wheelchair users (entrance from the hotel Patio). If you have any questions, please contact reception.If travelling with a pet, please inform reception prior to your planned arrival (the hotel has dedicated rooms for staying with a pet).Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The hotel was really lovely. I arrived early having taken a very early flight and the lovely young woman behind the reception changed my room so I could get into it earlier. The decor was really high end and the bed was so comfortable.

The overall experience at the hotel, the ambience, the room, and the food (breakfast – we also had dinner), the location, and the cleanliness were all excellent! I would just like to make one suggestion. On Booking, it’s recommended that the photos reflect the specific room chosen – for example, a room without a view should be shown so that when you select a standard type room, you know it might not have a view of the square, etc. Overall, everything was wonderful. The hotel exudes a sense of luxury and simplicity at the same time! If we return to the city, it will definitely be the hotel where we stay.

Great hotel, very very pleasant and kind staff, beautiful rooms, very clean!! Any question we had we contacted the reception and they always helped us. The location is excellent in the city center and close to everything. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel newly renovated on the edge of old town and nowy świat. Fabulous room overlooking Kopernik . Room is large with really comfortable bed and big en-suite. All the in room amenities and great mini bar. The decor is of a really high standard .

Fantastic location only 10 minutes walk to the old town and 5 minute walk to street with many excellent restaurants and cafes. Also 5 minutes walk to Metro station and 3 minutes walk to bus stop for buses to airport and train station. Fantastic, friendly staff who were extremely helpful and kind. Room was very comfortable and clean. Thank you. I had a great stay 😊

The location is perfect. Staff is very friendly and helpfull; all speak english. Breakfast was good; not the biggest buffet size but top quality.
