Excellent breakfast, good choice. Good you can create your own fresh drink/ juice with available ingredients. It was great to have an available dressing gown, very comfortable/warm Staff were really friendly and very helpful. Excellent English, no problems communicating

The variety and quality of food provided at breakfast-time was exceptionally good. The menu for food for an evening meal was sufficiently varied, of good quality and served in a professional manner. The spacing between tables was ideal.

This hotel is the best in Warsaw! The staff was amazing! When I was booking a room I asked in the booking description if I could get the highest floor room with nicer view and they didn't ignore my request. Staff was very helpful throughout our stay. 5 star hotel!
