The hotel was in a great location, the room was very clean and the bed comfortable. However, the room didn’t have the little things that would be expected for the money- no chairs, little storage space, limited toiletries - so overall, not great VFM. The room was on the front and suffered from traffic noise through the night even with the double glazing.

We've stayed here previously and so when we knew we had to visit Warrington again, it was a no-brainer. The rooms are simple but comfy and the breakfast is great. There are a few restaurants within walking distance so the location is great. The lady that works during breakfast is brilliant, so happy and helps to start the day n a positive note!

The hotel was lovely, the room was clean and warm, comfy bed. The bar and restaurant was pleasant and the food very good, staff were friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping staff were great and got me an iron when requested

Only 2 negatives about our stay, No literature in the room to explain breakfast times or any local events or places of interest. The poached eggs in our breakfast were over cooked, like two little rubber balls. Other than that, staff were excellent, place was great, will stay again.
