The fine print
For room rates which include breakfast, this will be served as a buffet in Cast Iron Grill. Rates including breakfast are valid for up to two adults and children 12 years old and under, registered in the same room. Additional breakfast will be charged at full price. For room rates which exclude breakfast, children aged between 6 to 11-years old will be charged at half price, and children aged 12 years and older will be charged the full price for breakfast. Complimentary breakfast is provided to all children under 5. Guests are advised to pre-book spa treatments and dining requirements prior to arrival to avoid disappointment. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Very good variety of foods for breakfast, such friendly staff, very clean, beds are super comfy! Added bonus we had robes, slippers & towels to use while there, loved there was a coffee machine and variety of teas available in the spa Area free of charge very nice added touches to our stay.

The grounds are lovely and quiet! I stayed in a prestigious room, it was very spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of storage, seating and a fridge. The bathroom is very spacious too. The staff all very helpful and welcoming.

Suite was lovely and breakfast and the spa was great. It was my partners birthday and the staff really made him feel special with complimentary wine, chocolate and a birthday card, fantastic, would definitely go again.

We stayed in room 463 and lift kept braking down as my wife is 70 and have problems with her knee had to use the stairs
