Comfortable room. Was a last minute booking so really lucky to evan get a room. The room was clean and tidy. Away from the backpackers side which was good for us. Good off st parking and pool was being cleaned while we were there.

Very friendly and helpful reception/staff, I had left my charger in my room and he called me to let me know with ways on how I could retrieve it. Beds were super comfy and ours came with an electric blanket. Large TV too!

We stayed in an upstairs suite.Staff let us into the unit a bit early so we could freshen up and change for a funeral. Was really appreciated. Was a very spacious and clean unit with a large bathroom and kitchenette.

The lady at the reception is so kind to give us the room overseeing the Rotorua River. Bed is comfortable. The heater helped us to better cope with the cold evening. A lot of parking space.

It was a good stop over place for us. Convenient for Kōwhai park, shopping Center located up the road. If you are trying to stay out of the city Center this is the place to stay as you have to drive to get into town.

I have been staying at Anndion for years whenever I go to Whanganui. Whom ever owns it at the time, (and there have been multiple) I always find the rooms comfortable, clean and relaxing, One comment would be that I found the floor of the shower in the suite I was given dangrously slippery. That said, everything else was superb as usual and I recommend it to friends.
