Splendid location and view, most gracious host, very comfortable and spotless clean accommodation, decorated with taste (along the “cheeky rabbit” theme :-) Why stay in overcrowded Wanaka when you could have this?

Everything. This was a beautiful place to stay. An amazing view run by inspirational people + Beau (their dog) Very cozy and charming tiny house. Fun watching the rabbits hang around. It's a shame we only got to stay one night.

What an amazing place - such a wonderful and inspirational story of how the house was built, and absolutely stunning views. To wake up in the morning to those views and to hear the beautiful birdsong was just wonderful. And how lovely to sit outside in the evening to see the amazingly clear night sky. Steve and Liz were wonderful hosts, so friendly and welcoming, and such a wonderful welcome from Beau as well! Wish we could have stayed longer than just the one night - highly recommend.

Mitchella Farm is warm and inviting from the get go. It felt very homely and safe, and the view was beautiful!

A lovely cosy, clean and nicely furnished cabin in a stunning location. Very peaceful, enjoyed the views, birds and dog coming to visit. The cabin had everything we needed and was nice and warm. Would definitely recommend and come stay again.

Self contained cottage was cute, compact, cosy and clean. Steve gave us a friendly welcome ably assisted by his canine companion, Beau. The friendly vibe was duplicated at the local hotel where we were greeted as if we were regulars.
