Central location, supermarket is walking distance and various walking distance places to eat! There are even a couple of bbqs available at the courtyard.Staff is lovely, place is clean! What else could u ask for!! Loved our stay with my partner, would absolutely come back and recommend to others!

Perfect situation for catching the Ferry. Easy to walk to all amenities in the town. Traditional accommodation, like an old hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the fridge worked! The owner gave me some ice from her freezer which was fab. Very helpful and when I left a bag by reception and went off they knew my car and managed to catch me across by the supermarket! So thankful for their kindness. I would recommend.

The location was ideal because it is in walking distance to all the necessary eateries, but what impressed us most was how the new motel units have been designed and built to blend so well with the heritage main building. The internal fittings also reflected the history of ther main building very well, while remaining functional and comfortable.

Beautiful building in the centre of the town opposite the former railway station.has a nice feel about,parking in an area by the rear courtyard garden.just a nice place to stay if you appreciate a bygone era.

Friendly greeting from Wendy to our cosy old-world charm room. We have been travelling a long time and the bed was the most comfortable. Outside open relaxation area. Easy off-street parking. Location is a real plus to shops, eateries, and historic land marks. Local information brochures abound. Enjoyed reading the ownership history of this iconic historic building.
