Loved the room, it was quite big and very clean. Location was great for getting around. My only negative was that the room was the closest to the main road and the noise from the trucks effected our sleep.

First night - noisy neighbours - quite a few people in their room partying, drinking, playing loud music with door open. I asked if I could close their door and they were fine but I suspect it was opened again a few minutes later. Not the fault of the hotel at all. There were dirty dishes that we needed to wash before we even used them. Expectation is to wash own but only place to do it was the bathroom sink. Hygienic??? People in the room before us had clearly not received the $30 fine stated for leaving unclean dishes. There’s also a $30 fine for each item of crockery or cutlery that goes missing - a bit steep. Otherwise, good bed, good shower, good location.

Ron gave me a call within minutes of my booking, he ensured that he had the right room to accommodate my family of 5. Upon our arrival Ron and Leanne were the greeting faces and I can see why. They were welcoming and helpful. The room was a 2bd villa with an already made bed in the living area. The villa was spacious, new, and SO clean. The bathroom was newly renovated and very modern it was sparkling. There is a split system air-conditioning in every room. Laundry room with functioning washing machine (no dryer) Concreted backyard woth clothes line Assigned Parking was out the front of the villa. We will not hesitate to book again.

Staff - Ron, in particular. 🙂 He was most helpful when I lost the room key and the situation got complicated. He was able to solve the issue even after we checked out. Thank you so much, Ron! Location - the property is near the cbd and train station, which was convenient for the purpose of our trip. Cleanliness - the room was spacious and very clean. We were able to relax after a long day of exploring/business.
