The setting is gorgeous and it feels magical to wake up in this incredible location. The pick up and drop off from the parking was very convenient and the welcome from Tijani at reception when we arrived was incredibly warm.

We had the best time staying here. Ziad at the main reception was extremely friendly and helpful checking us in and booking us in for the sunrise tour. The buffets at breakfast and dinner were excellent and had a good variety of food to choose from. The waiters and waitresses were always on hand if you needed anything. A special thank you to Mohammed who was always at hand for anything we needed when it was breakfast or dinner. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Wadi Rum. The room was excellent, the views were second to none

UFO Luxotel is set in a stunning desert landscape – sleeping in the dome was a unique experience. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning quiet, and the views absolutely breathtaking. Dinner was delicious, and the restaurant staff were very friendly. A special thanks to Ziad at the reception, who was particularly kind and helpful throughout our stay. That said, our night was unfortunately disrupted by a loud private party with intrusive music that echoed across the entire camp. From what we heard, the location is occasionally rented out for events like this – something that guests coming for the peace and silence of the desert might want to be aware of or even check before. If you’re lucky enough to stay on a quiet night, it can be magical. On other nights, you might find the desert surprisingly loud.

Overall excellent and unique experience at the UFO luxotel. We highly recommend. Pick-up at the meeting point is straightforward, and the facilities/ rooms are awesome. Its set in an isolated location, which adds to the peace, the views are nice and special, and the dinner/breakfast are also great! The hotel offers different tours and packages. We went on a 4 hrs tour of the protected area.

The staff was amazing, taking good care of us. Zaid as the front desk was specifically kind to me. The buffet at night was delicious (best vegetarian tajine ever). The are cat friendly and we particularly appreciated the way they treat them.

Comfy clean room with a good view to the desert, air con worked just fine- we used it throughout the night as it was quite cold outside and we had no problems. I’d recommend taking a few bottles with water as the hotel only provides two small bottles per room. The room veranda was quite nice, we enjoyed watching to stars from there.

We had a great one night stay at UFO Luxotel. Special callout for the helpful staff and ease in booking activities through them. Our dinner was great, with the highlight being the biryani type dish that we had.
