Customer service was exceptional. A special mention to the Chef for going above and beyond to support my dietary requirements (he asked my partner what I liked and then surprised me with wonderful food both at breakfast and dinner). The rooms are full of character. The facilities are really good. It was the best place we stayed in Jordan. Petra is 10 minutes drive away but easy to get to and park and to get back from.

We booked the hotel because we wanted a more culturally authentic hotel with some heritage behind it. It exceeded our expectations... The charm and warmth of the place was magical, we would absolutely come back if we are in Petra. The view from dinner was also picture perfect. The food selection had plenty of authentic middle eastern dishes (not necessarily only jordanian) but also some continental food. The selection for breakfast was also more than enough - the buffet was wonderful. The dead-sea products in the bathroom were excellent - the conditioner and the body washes and the soaps, as well as the loofah were really thoughtfully chosen. I was pampered.

A luxury hotel, you are treated as VIP. Perfect place to spend a few days meanwhile you visit Petra. Many and good details in side rooms. Perfect breakfast, abundacies and quality. Good staff

Location not exactly near Petra site but shuttle is available. There is a mini market close by Food was very good and reasonably priced Staff are the best very friendly, civilized and helpful

We liked almost everything at the resort and especially the friendliness of the staff. Room, amenities, pool, location and food and especially the setting as a "village" in a village are outstanding. We do highly recommend the place.
