I was very kindly welcomed by Firas and his colleague. They recommended me stuff and they took plenty of their time to explain me Petra, Jordan and the culture. We had long discussions about anything! I have never ever had such a good hotel experience! And I stayed at 5 star hotels like Hyatt before! I highly recommend Sunset hotel, because of the exceptional staff!!

Very well run hotel! Really close to the entry to petra but its a much affordable price. Really clean room, amazing breakfast and helpful staff. Loved my stay here!

Proximity to Petra main entrance. Free on street parking right in front on hotel. Free packed breakfast for our 0545 departure to explore Petra. Friendly staff that were extremely helpful. Nice room, comfortable bed, fantastic shower. Smart TV for our Netflix needs. Value for money.

It’s a great location. Less than 5 minutes walking to Petra’s gate. The room I got was pretty clean and had a great view. The staff is really friendly

Breakfast was very nice and filling. Location is fantastic, right next to the Petra entrance. Staff were very helpful with luggage and room changes.
