The staff was super welcoming, friendly and provided us a lot of useful tips and information for the visits, restaurants etc… The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was nice!

View from the room was spectacular, it has some wonderful view on the night looking towards Petra city centre I guess. You can see colourful lights all night

Everything clean and comfortable but the staff is the best thing about the place. Leia especially. Extremely polite, welcoming and accommodating. She gives the best advice from food to how you should do the Petra tour. Definitely worth staying there

Our host Leiah was super helpful and kind, I would 100 percent recommend staying here. It's close to Petra entrance and very good accomodation with lovely breakfast.

The rooms are neat, clean and comfortable. They help in every way for the comfort of the guests. I am very satisfied, I recommend it to everyone. Rakan is the number 1 hotel. Thanks for everything, Rakan!

Parking in front of the hotel. Tasty breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. We had an appartment witch kitchen. Tea was avaliable as well as basic stuff (cutlery, plates etc.) Location is very good indeed. 3 min drive right to the parking at the entrance to Petra. very good Wi-Fi.
