Good hotel.Very friendly and enthusiastic owner. The rooms were clean. The beds were good and the breakfast was fine. From the hotel it is an easy walk to the town's center with restaurants supermarkets etc. Sofsaf has an excellent rooftop terrace were you can have a drink and watch the spectaculair sunset above the Petra rocks. We can certainly recommend Sofsaf hotel!

Great location, from the breakfast room is an amazing view of Petra! Rooms are big, there is an extra blanket for cold months and AC in the room which can use as a heating. Wifi is stable and fast. Breakfast is included and is very good (pita bread, eggs, juice, tea/coffee, water, hummus, cheese, olives etc.). Communication with the accomodation is great, you can easily reach them and they are happy to help you with a tip where to eat, what to do or how to find something in Petra. One of the hosts (I dont know if he is an owner or not) was born in Petra and knows it really well, also he speaks good english , so he can tell you a lot about Petra, the people there etc. And what's more, he can really help you when you are in trouble because he knows a lot of people in Wadi Musa. We got a flat tire and he helped us tremendously! Found a place where they would fix it, which looked closed but he knew the owner so he called him and asked him to open and repair the tire for us. Otherwise, we don't know what we would do. It was one of our best travel expereinces, really <3!!!!

The staff were amazing and friendly and we loved that. Any problem you may encounter in the room it will be resolved the soonest. You should also check out the elan restaurant, it belongs to the property (you have a discount also), we had a nice meal and time there.

Rashed was really helpful and made us feel like home. We highly recommend this place to stay. It's close to center with all good restaurants , especially the restaurant they suggested us, and close to Petra visitor centre entrance. Free parking in the entrance of the hotel. Thank you for your great hospitality.

First of all, the location of the facility is quite good, the rooms are clean and spacious, I think the view is sufficient, the breakfast is not bad in terms of price performance, and lastly, the employees are very attentive and helpful. You can make a reservation with peace of mind.
