Petra Heart Hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Petra. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions, making it super convenient. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, but the standout feature is the amazing staff. Abdullah was exceptionally kind, always smiling, and went above and beyond to help with any request. Najafi was also a fantastic receptionist, ensuring everything was smooth during our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for its great service and location!

We really like the room. It was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Also the bathroom super clean. It’s common in Jordan, the water pressure is not so high but in this hotel it was fine. Thanks for your service 🙏

A nice and clean hotel in a good location. Room size was also good and hence adding on to the comfort. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was very good. We had a really comfortable stay and couldn’t recommend it enough.

- Cheap price given the location - Big room, lots of space, everything was clean and functioned well, including the Wifi - Literally just 4 mins away by car from Petra, and about 20 minutes by walking - Decent room service food quality, surprisingly good pizza (!) despite price a little on the high side - Now the best part: the staff. Be it at check in, check out or breakfast, all of them have been extremely kind, attentionate, insightful and helpful. Lovely, very professional and welcoming people. Thank you!
