Beds are like private rooms, which feels like such a treat! Great privacy and very comfortable. Bathrooms were always clean. Staff were very friendly. Location was excellent - short walk to Petra and a strip of shops and restaurants.

This is one of the hostels I’ve enjoyed the most in my traveling life. I loved the location; it’s an easy walk to the tourist information center where the Petra canyon begins. The view is spacious and bright, and there are plenty of couches to relax, chat, and connect with others. The owner and staff are incredibly kind, and from the very first day, I felt warmly welcomed and well cared for. The small cave-like rooms are very cozy, and sleeping there felt great. My mom and I truly appreciated it, especially because the owner made sure we were comfortable. The bathrooms are quite spacious, the showers are good, the internet worked very well, and the breakfast was delicious. We left with a very positive impression of the place.

Stayed here in Dec and Cabin Hostel offers a fantastic and welcoming stay for travelers looking for a cozy and friendly environment. The hostel is well-located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, though it's worth noting that it is situated next to petra gate which means a bit of a walk to the city center. This can be amazing , but the superb view from the hostel more than makes up for it. The cabin are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, providing all the essentials for a pleasant stay. One of the standout features of Cabin Hostel is the communal areas, perfect for socializing and meeting other travelers. The owner is very friendly, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Breakfast is superb, with a very generous portion size that sets you up for the day. They also offer a vegan dinner, which is surprisingly delicious, even for non-vegans like myself. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with recommendations or any needs you might have. The hostel offers a variety of amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable lounge area. They also host various events and activities, adding an extra layer of fun to your stay. Overall, Cabin Hostel is an excellent choice for those seeking a budget-friendly, clean, and sociable place to stay, with a great view and a welcoming atmosphere. This hostel was amazing! Actually it's a big spacious area with spacious cabins, I felt absolutely comfortable in my cabin, easily 3 ppl could fit in, mattress was comfy, you get small locker and absolute privacy just for yourself. Common areas like bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and well maintained (we all know how hard is that in hostel!), whole Petra Cabin Hostel has a peaceful home vibe. I met 2 women and 2 men who work there and everyone was kind, helpful and welcoming. This hostel is also strategically located near Petra visitor center, just 3 minutes walk, as well as near JETT bus stop. I forgot my phone charger, they saved it for me, and even let me stay for few hours in living room, after I returned from Wadi Rum and needed a place to check in for my next day flights and wait for a JETT bus to Amman. Highly appreaciated, thank you so much!

The best thing in Petra was going to this hostel! The cabin were perfect, clean, calm, convenient. You can order breakfast and dinner for good prices from a lovely chef lady. The owner arranges you all Tours activites housekeeper lady. Clean all times . We had a very comfortable stay at this awesome hostel. Mohammad , the owner, along were always making sure of our satisfaction and helping us with everything. The place feels very safe and is peaceful & quiet to say the least, I say it’s perfect for all kinds of tourists .. feels like home.Especially the owners son made our day: a support and atmosphere I’ve not seen before. He solved literally every problem for us. Food, transportation, activities, quality fun time together. We felt at home!

A very affordable hostel with clean facilities and comfortable futons. The dinner features delicious local cuisine at a low cost, offering plenty of food to recharge your energy after a trail in Petra.

… If you want a very beautiful social experience then you are at the right place. They make sure that everything is completely comfortable, the cabin are clean and the people there were so nice. The staff were so nice especially safaa (am not sure if I am spelling it right) and normal ( also she has such an awesome music taste). The hostel has multiple shared spaces to relax and share good vibes, these spaces were the best in Petra that I have tried, and the price is so good. The place was so good that I might just consider to comeback to Jordan to visit and stay with them only. Thank you for creating such a place…

Very comfortable place and full of facilities. Suitable for backpakers and short trip like us. The price is so reasonable.
