Beautiful hotel in an ideal location for Petra. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, professional and attentive. Food and beverages were varied and good quality and the hotel is beautifully decorated.

The food the people and the environment was amazing. Everyone went over and above to predict needs and fulfilled them . Amazing group of people and great food. Very convenient location. Lovely hotel.

The personnel was extremely friendly, helpful, and cooperative - the best I have dealt with so far, especially Mr. Belal was highly polite and shared a lot of useful information. Our room was upgraded to a one with a balcony and amazing view. The facilities are exceptionally clean and neat. I could not think of any better location for a hotel within Petra other than Movenpick's one.

Service, food and property was excellent - extremely comfortable and top quality. Location for Petra is unbeatable (across the road from the entrance). Worth it for this alone.

Everything from the location to the staff was excellent. Perfectly placed right across the road from the visitor centre, it's perfect for spending the nights before and after the long walk in Petra. Beautifully decorated and delicious food.
