Room, kindness (Tito and his stuff are amazing) , spa (jacuzzi and pool, showers), size room, amenities room kindness to leave the luggage., position, 4 min walk to visitor center and nice restaurants (my mum receipte) . New hotel luxurious

Location, private parking, facilities, comfortable family room (2 connected rooms), delicious breakfast and dinner. The staff is very attentive and willing to help, specially “Tito” in reception, he gave us really good information and advice about Petra.

Hotel next to the Petra site entrance (this is very important, so you don’t have to drive around, especially for example for Petra by night). I just parked my rental car in front of the hotel. Thanks to Ahmad (receptionist) for making the impossible to help me, and thanks to Momen for his kindness, professionalism and his smile. Plus: the jacuzzi was really a nice touch after a day of trekking :) . I loved this hotel.

Staff was extremely friendly and hospitable, made us feel like we are at home. They sorted out an issue with our room straightaway by upgrading us to a larger room, and were also extremely accommodating by assisting us during our time in Petra - from bringing breakfast to the room as we couldn’t make it down, to restaurant recommendations and even checking up to see if we have reached our next location safely after departing! Ramzi & Momen thank you both so much for making this a great trip! Highly recommend, looking forward to staying here again when next in Petra!

Close to Petra entrance. Very well equipped rooms (+a TV you can actually cast to). And a very attentive and helpful staff, offering advice on how to best plan your Petra visit. And also preparing a refreshing cold hibiscus juice and water for when you arrive from your Petra visit.

This is an exceptional hotel in walking distance to Petra. The staff are so friendly and informative. The breakfast had lots to offer and very tasty. The pool and jacuzzi were a lovely bonus after a day walking around Petra. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.
